Victory Family Church is a Charismatic/Pentecostal church with a strong foundation
in the Word of God and an openness and desire for the moving of the Spirit of God.
Located at 516 Arnett Boulevard in Danville, Virginia since April 2010, Victory
Family actually began in the autumn of 2003 with a home Bible study. Then in
May of 2007, with a small core group, the church began in the basement of the first
pastors, Danny and Nancye Ricketts.
As we have a deep desire to see people receive Jesus and for Christians to walk in
Love and Faith, to live in the blessings and benefits that Jesus Christ already
provided for them, including health and healing, an overcoming life, and to
experience God who is more than enough in every situation, a strong teaching
ministry emerged that included not only the pastors, but also fellow founders David
and Deborah Price. Sincerely desiring the Will of God, our church welcomes the
Third Person of the Triune God - Holy Spirit - to direct and move in our meetings,
with signs, wonders, miracles and healing.
In January 2010 following the Lord's leading, the Ricketts stepped down as pastors,
and David Price has been leading the church as interim pastor since that time. He
and his wife Deborah have dedicated their lives to serving God and they are
excited about what God is doing in Danville, Virginia.
